adequate but some issues
plug-in scent cigarette smoke
The room had a strong, artificial scent from a plug-in air freshener. it was a bit overwhelming. I wish they'd used something more subtle. also, cigarette smoke drifted into the shower room from the pub's smoking area? the shower itself wasn't great. the water pressure was low and there was some black mold on the grouting.

convenient and comfortable stay
friendly staff warm atmosphere
The location is excellent for exploring the city. It is very convenient. the room was satisfactory, and the pub had a cute atmosphere with reasonably priced drinks. staff were very friendly and they looked after our bikes .
The shower had some black mould. I feel it needs attention. the tv did not work due to lack of wifi. the electrics in the room looked very unsafe, though.

great stay, quiet and convenient
comfortable bed nice bathroom
The rooms were very good indeed bathrooms were nice and beds comfortable. i could leave my bags prior to check in with the very nice staff. it is a short walk to the city centre. This proved very convenient.
parking presented difficulties i had to utilise the terrace streets for parking. this caused some inconvenience

The room was spacious and very clean. It featured tea and coffee making facilities. the bathroom offered good shower facilities and ample space for toiletries for every guest.

The staff offered a very warm welcome. assistance with directions and local information were readily available throughout my stay here.

The location provided easy access to the city centre. It was only a short walk away. the proximity to the canal walk to the cathedral proved very advantageous for sightseeing opportunities here.

spacious room clean room friendly staff weak shower cold water grouting
The room was spacious. IT was clean. The staff looked after our bikes . I felt welcome.
The shower was not nearly warm enough. It was not strong enough. There was a lot of black on grouting? I thought twice about using it. Maybe rethink placement of tea making tray AS kettle cord was wrapped around curtains.
